CONCERNING
CONFIRMATION ON ENTRY AND CLEARING SYSTEM PROCEDURE OF GOODS TO AND FROM BONDED WAREHOUSE

With respect to the issue of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No.32/PMK.04/2008 concerning Amendment to Decision of the Minister of Finance No.399/KMK.01/1996 concerning Bonder Warehouse, it is hereby confirmed that:

1. The provision in Article 3 of Decision of the Minister of Finance No. 399/KMK.01/1996 has been amended by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 32/PMK.04/2008 confirming that the goods or material entering Bonded Warehouse are for the purpose of supporting manufacturing in other sites within the Customs Area or Bonder Zone, or for re-export.

2. Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. Kep-09/BC/1997, concerning Procedure for Establishment and Entry and Clearance of Goods to and from Bonded Warehouse as amended by Kep-03/BC/2000, concerning Perfection to Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. Kep-09/BC/1997 concerning Procedure of Establishment and Entry and Clearance System to and from Bonded Warehouse, is hereby declared remains valid to the extent that it is not contravening Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 32/PMK.04/2008.

3. Circular Letter of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. SE-10/BC/2008 concerning Improvement to Supervision of Operation of Bonded Warehouse is revoked and declared null and void.
